Complete Home Care Services staff consists of carefully
screened professional nurses, and paraprofessionals that are oriented to our policies and procedures. On-going in-services
afford our staff the opportunity to enhance their skills, and allow them to keep abreast of new developments in the health
care industry.
Using a team approach, Complete Home Care Services works with patients, their family members, Physicians, Social Workers, Physical Therapists and Discharge Planners in a coordinated effort to develop a plan of care geared to the patient's needs.

The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) is a private, not-for-profit organization
that accredits over 5000 hospitals and more than 6000 other health care organizations. The
clinical and administrative professionals at JCAHO set and measure health care crystalloidal benchmarks to help health care
organizations improve the quality of services provided to their patients. Healthcare organizations voluntarily apply for the
survey process, which includes an extensive audit of policy and procedures to ensure compliance with the standards set by
JCAHO.
